When you contact Royalmark through this website, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company or property name, inquiry type and message that you choose to submit. Job applicants may also send their CV and relevant experience by email.

How information is used

We use these details to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide support, discuss services or consider job applications. Form submissions are sent to Royalmark’s mailbox through our email provider. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive documents in the inquiry form.

Verification and essential cookies

The form uses a temporary visitor cookie to associate a verification question with your browser. This essential cookie lasts up to 24 hours. We also store hashed identifiers and submission status for spam prevention and duplicate detection. These records do not contain your message text. Expired verification and submission records are removed during routine maintenance. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it processes security signals to help identify automated submissions.

Follow-up and your choices

You can contact us directly by telephone or email if you prefer not to use the form. Contact info@royalmark.it to ask about your information, request corrections or request deletion. We may need to retain correspondence to provide a service, manage an application or meet applicable requirements.
